Truman (Jim Carrey) is a middle aged man living in his own world. As a child Truman one day was sailing with his father and a storm blew over nocking his father out to see. Ever since that day truman never left the island in which he lives. He unknowing is trapped on his own reality television show, since he never left that island they see what he is 24/7. What happens when Truman starts to catch on that his life feels set up and comes to his wife with a dream to go to Figi.
